Why do so many job postings ask for critical thinking skills?
Why is critical thinking listed so often in the job descriptions for leadership roles?
Because critical thinking is now seen as a crucial ingredient in reasoning, analysis, problem solving and decision making.
Critical thinking competencies are quickly becoming the hallmarks of a successful business professional.
In this workshop we will explore:
Training in critical thinking will let you make decisions in complex situations with multiple players. Critical thinkers understand the motives and needs of their stakeholders and act to meet them. They communicate more effectively with their own colleagues and teams, and ensure that effort is directed where it is needed most.
An organization which encourages critical thinking will be more likely to reach its goals and less likely to be surprised by adversity.
This workshop combines a one-hour prerecorded video presentation and a 2 1/2 hour live interactive session.
